Pandas dataframes are widely used in Python to store and work with tabular data. Much of the Python ecosystem is compatible with this data structure. This is a simple function that you can copy/paste into the Amira/Avizo console to take the results of a label analysis table and convert them into this structure. Instructions for use are included in the docstring.
This makes graphs like this doable with only <5 lines of code.
