Python Function – Amira Label Analysis to Pandas Dataframe

See the Github Gist here. Pandas dataframes are widely used in Python to store and work with tabular data. Much of the Python ecosystem is compatible with this data structure. This is a simple function that you can copy/paste into the Amira/Avizo console to take the results of a label analysis table and convert them into this structure. Instructions for use are included in the docstring. This makes graphs like this doable with only <5 lines of code.
