– enables uCare job ticketing software plugin, but disabled access. This is a full fledged Help desk. For this community a couple of features could be useful. It has the chat line and it has a knowledge base feature. It also allows assignment of questions to specific individuals. So for moderators or editors etc, in the background it could be handy. Plus people with urgent questions could ask and they could be sent to those best able to answer. On the other hand it might be overkill for this community. Anyway it isn’t yet implemented or accessible, and so it can be gradually trialed without issues.
